Cancellations from the day of booking until 14 days before check-in incur a 25% cancellation charge. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in incur a 100% cancellation charge.

How to request a cancellation
For a direct reservation, contact Trippr using the details below and include your booking reference, property, and dates. For an agency or third-party-platform reservation, request cancellation or modification through that provider.
Refunds and changes
Eligible refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your refund request. Cancellation charges apply as described above. Contact the booking provider to confirm the refundable amount and refund method for your reservation. Contact the team before changing dates or extending a stay; availability and prices may change.
